A nice combination of flavors. Tastes good with Basmati rice. Capers would be a nice addition.

Excellent recipe! Very tasty and so easy. We love enchiladas, and these are quick to make. We will have these again!

Recipe is time consuming. Flavor is flat. Pizza dough on bottom doesn't cook well.
