No need to look any further, this is it. Made as directed, all items room temp. Did not use a mixer, by hand to prevent cracks. crust 1 & 1/2 c graham cracker, 1/4 c melted butter and 1/2 c sugar. Bake in a water bath, 1 hour, do not open door for 6 hours. Top with supreme strawberry topping from this site, out of this world

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2008
Excellent and easy. I halved the recipe and the total time was maybe 45 minutes. Hubby loved it. Only suggestion is use low sodium beef broth, a little too salty, but overall it was awesome.

Lemon Ginger Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2008
Very good. I halved the recipe and added 1/4 c water to mini chopper to make it more of a baste. I also did not have any cilantro but used fresh parsley. I used 1 lb shrimp and 2 steaks. Let the shrimp sit in 1/2 marinade for 3 hours then while grilling steak & shrimp I basted with the rest of the marinade.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
very good. I did not use the crushed pineapples, instead made a 9X13 and used a large can of pineapple slices. Baked 40 minutes. The coconut was an excellent addition, who would have ever thought of that. Will make again.
