5 star rest. quality!! Do not have to use expensive crab meat either!!!! I used (for 1/2 batch) 1 8 oz can Phillips crab (yes it is pasteurized) claw meat. They were B1G1F at Weis. I used 2 T panko bread crumbs, 1/2 t baking and mustard powder, 2 T fresh minced parsley, dash pepper, 1 t Old Bay, 1/2 T mayo, 1T butter, 1/2 t worsh sauce, 1 egg, fold gently together (combine bread crumbs mixture first, then egg and fold with crab. I made 2 large crab cakes, sit in fridge for 3 hours, sprayed both sides with non stick spray, baked 375 15 minutes each side, yummy...served with nice T bone steak, steamed brocc and brown rice A+++
