White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
10 stars, this is to die for. ok changes to make 10++ crust: 2 cups crushed (I used my mini chopper) oreo cookies, 1/4 c melted butter and 1 T sugar. Put berries and 4 T sugar, cornstrach and water in blender, the strained thorugh a tiny stainer, seeds came out easy. I used an entire bag of white choc chips. Melted in micro with 1/2 and 1/2. I placed 1/2 of the cream cheese mix on top of crust, poured all of the rasp suace over it and carefully spooned the rest of cream ch mixture over top, making sure to cover all of the rasp sauce. As always baked in water bath 50 minutes and let sit in oven (do not open door) for 5 hours and then removed and placed in frig overnight, never a crack and to die for!!

Pork Medallions

I also doubled the sauce and increased broth to 1.5 c. Instead of savory and rosemary, I used 3/4 t poultry seasoning. After sautee onions, garlic and mush, I added 1/4 c wt wine and cooked for 1-2 min to evaporate the alcohol, then added flour, etc. I also returned pork to pan, covered and simmered for 30 minutes, juicy and tender

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
25 minutes to cook, only change was 2 cups each Monterey Jack and X sharp cheddar cheese and 8 oz velvetta was the only cheese I used. Very good, needs salt and pepper. While draining pasta, I used the pot I cooked it in to melt butter and then returned pasta to pot and added the rest...no need for all the extra dishes. I usually go by reviews, but this time tried it as is (almost) and it was very good...keep the eggs
