Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
AWESOME!!! I did not use sherry made a little more sauce..perfect. I used 4 T butter + 1/3 c EVOO. Used 1 & 1/2 c marsala sweet wine. When I flipped chicken to cook on other side, I added 3 cloves chopped garlic with the mushrooms. Then removed chicken and added 1/2 c heavy cream and 1/3 c chicken broth mixed wth 2 T corn starch...cooked until slight thickened and then added chicken back. Also put flour in paper bag for easier clean up.

Easy dinner rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
I submitted this recipe and am a little upset that it was changed. The rolls are 5+ starts if made the way I do. NO cajun seasoning. Add 1 t garlic powder and 1 t onion powder. 1 Tablespoon of bread machine yeast. I also only need to bake 10 minutes. Trust me they are great and easy. Please make and let me know what you think.

10+ stars with a few minor changes. Tomato sauce?? No way, homemade alfredo sauce (1/4 roasted garlic, 1/4 c butter, 1 c heavy cream, whisk over med heat 5 minutes and then add fresh black pepper and 1& 1.2 c fresh shredded parm cheese, whisk a few minutes more)I tried stuffing and cutting a pocket and also flattening and then rolling. I will flatten and stuff and roll, easiest and filling remains. I used my blended and put ricc cheese, 2c mozz, spinach,3 T fresh basil,2 cloves garlic, eggs, 1t italian seaso, pepper and 2 dashes nutmeg, blended. Marianted chicken in buttermilk also for 5 hours 1st. baked 45 minutes covered and 15 uncovered. Served with penne pasta and alfredo sauce
