Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
I did not have butterscotch pudding and substituted lemon instant pudding and added some pumpkin pie spice to offset the lemon. The taste was great.

Beef Wellington

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
I have tried this with both the pastry puff and philo and the puff is definately better. I also used a substitution on the pate since my family is picky. I used garlic, onion, red and green pepper, basil, parsley and parm cheese mixed with olive oil and a little s/p. Came out tastey.

The flavor is wonderful. The cooking time just needs to be adjusted to 1 hr 10 min to get fully done in a loaf pan.

My mother has made this for as long as I can remember and its fabulous. The only thing to note is storing it in plastic containers will give it a strange taste after several days.

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2007
My family is not big on pork chops. But this one had them going back for more. The trick here is the season salt. I went overboard with it because I was skeptical about the flavor. And it was not too much. I also added fresh chopped garlic. YUMMMMM!! We will make these again.
