Beef and Guinness® Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2014
Made this for St. Patrick's Day. Wonderful flavor, not to bitter, not to salty, just right. Great left over 2 days later. Did not change the recipe.

Piadina Romagnola (Italian Flat Bread)

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2014
I just made these and followed the recipe except I used sour cream instead of Greek yogurt...only had blueberry Greek yogurt. I was a little concerned about the stickiness of the dough but I floured the board well and had no problem rolling. I lightly oiled my old pan before each bread and they all turned out lovely. Having flat bread pizza tonight.

Sweet Sriracha Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2014
Had this for dinner last night. Easy quick and tasty. I halved the recipe as there was only two of us. I did add a corn starch slurry at the end to thicken the sauce and sprinkled chopped green onion on top for color. Will definitely make again.

Wally's Rib Rub

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2013
Made this last night and got rave reviews. Didn't have time to set overnight just 2 hours. Cooked 3 hours at 275° then grilled for 20 minutes with BBQ sauce. Only used 1/4 cup of kosher salt. Much tastier than just BBQ sauce.

Homemade Flour Tortillas

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2014
I made the dough in the food processor. Easy dough to work with. The hardest part was getting them rolled out in a circle. Most of them came out rectangular. Next time I will remember to shake off the flour as it burned on to the pan. Despite all this they taste good and saved a trip to the store. I halved the recipe and got 8, 8" tortillas.

So easy and so good. Need to add a little more cream so they don't fall apart when you cut them.

This was the first time I've made rhubarb pie and it came out perfect. I used Pillsbury frozen pie dough, mixed everything in a bowl then put it in the pie crust. Took all of 5 minutes to prepare. I followed the recipe exactly.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2009
I made this last night for 8 people, didn't change a thing. Had plenty of sauce. Got rave reviews. Couldn't tell it had cream cheese in it. Will definitely add this to dinner rotation. Maybe next time I'd add peas and shrimp or chicken.

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2013
I made this yesterday and stupidly used all the flour, it made so much. I will make these again but make only 1/4 of the recipe. They were very good when you eat them right away...not so much the next day.
