Ham and Chicken Casserole

This was delicious! I did double the recipe and had just the right amount for four servings. Only thing I did differently was use tri-colored rotini because that's what I had on hand. Will definitely make this again!

Thin Mint Crackers

Smoky Mountain Chicken

I have to say I was a little leery of the combination of BBQ sauce and cheese, but this was REALLY good. Hubby even gave it a 4.75, and that doesn't happen very often! Thanks for the great recipe.

Chocolate Oil Cake

Made this for hubby's birthday since he loves chocolate cake and it was a big success. I hate to admit I've only made cakes from scratch a couple of times. Now that I've found this one, I will definitely make it more often! Easy and delicious. Served with the Chocolate Frosting I submitted by tianne on this site. Thanks!

Italian Chicken Skillet

This was a wonderfully easy, tasty dinner! My fairly picky husband gave me a "4" on it, and I haven't received anything higher than a "4.5" from him, so he was very happy with it! The only thing I changed was to use the pasta pictured, as I didn't have seashells. Thanks for sharing.

Picante Chicken

So easy ... and oh so good!! I was feeding three hungry teenagers so as per other reviewers' suggestions I shredded the chicken when cooked, added black beans, shredded cheddar/jack cheese and olives and wrapped in warm tortillas. YUMMY!!

I prepared this recipe just as is and it was wonderful!!! Shredded the chicken and used the leftovers for sandwiches for a couple of meals. Will DEFINITELY fix this again!!!!

Mexican Venison Skillet

This was an excellent recipe. I did have to improvise some because my cupboard was bare! I used black beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies (yum) and creamed corn. Otherwise, I prepared as directed. I would say it serves a lot more than 6, though; more like 8 to 10. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!
