This was very easy and very good! Something different from the usual red sauce or white sauce.

Kangaroo Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2007
This was really good!! I love the no clean up! I read the other reviews so I cooked the potatoes in the micro for about 6 minutes first. They came out perfect after baking. I also cooked for 50 minutes, but it really was 5 too long. I used a pork tenderloin instead of chops, and added mushrooms. Everything was flavored wonderfully!! Will make again, Thanks!!

Ham and Swiss Stromboli

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
This was so good and so easy! Thanks for the recipe! I did have to flip the roll after 20 minutes, as the bottom was done and not the top. I then baked for another 5.

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2008
Excellent recipe! I pounded out the chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, floured it, and fried it for just a few minutes. Put the chicken and the sauce in the oven for about a half hour and it was moist and delicious! Thanks!!

Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
This was great! I've never had pears on a pizza before. I doubled the gorgonzola because I love it and left out the provolone because I didn't have any. Some other reviews suggested it needed some kind of sauce...I brushed olive oil on the crust (a Boboli-style) and put a thin layer of plain yogurt. I thought it was perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

Corn Bread Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
This is one of my favorite recipes! I put a few dollops of sour cream on top before baking (gives a more interesting taste and texture), and also put lots of cheddar cheese on top. Yum! Thanks for the recipe!

Casablanca Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
We love to try new chili recipes, and this was great! I didn't use raisins (don't like) and used an apple/pineapple chutney I had leftover from another recipe. Put it in the slow cooker for about 5 hours. Thanks for the recipe!

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This was probably one of the best pizza crusts I have ever made! I didn't have any beer, so I substituted flat root beer and omitted the sugar. Husband couldn't guess the secret ingredient but loved it too. Thanks!!

Mock Lobster

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2008
We loved this chicken! It didn't REALLY taste like lobster, but the marinade was excellent, the chicken juicy, and I liked the butter dipping idea. I did bake mine for 30 minutes at 350. Husband suggests next time a little Old Bay seasoning for more of the seafood taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken with Stuffing

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
This was a very easy recipe. The stuffing was perfect, the chicken was perfect- I did add one envelope of onion soup mix to the cream of chic soup with about 3/4 cup water- but I read the reviews and added a bag of frozen veggies to the pot. I ended up cooking 7 hours on high- I was gone- and while the chicken was PERFECT the veggies had disintegrated to mush. Very tasty, but mushy. Next time I will use fresh raw veggies instead. Thanks for the recipe!

Fresh Veggie Pockets

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This was really good and so easy! I had guacamole on hand, so I skipped the spread. I didn't use salt but seasoned the cucumbers with chile lime powder. I prefer to eat the pita like a taco rather than silcing them open and stuffing...I think they hold together better. The sunflower seeds really made the recipe. Thanks!!
