Corn Bread Casserole

This is one of my favorite recipes! I put a few dollops of sour cream on top before baking (gives a more interesting taste and texture), and also put lots of cheddar cheese on top. Yum! Thanks for the recipe!

Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza

This was great! I've never had pears on a pizza before. I doubled the gorgonzola because I love it and left out the provolone because I didn't have any. Some other reviews suggested it needed some kind of sauce...I brushed olive oil on the crust (a Boboli-style) and put a thin layer of plain yogurt. I thought it was perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

Shrimp with Red Curry and Basil

This was very quick and easy. I substituted chicken for the shrimp and beef broth for the wine. The sauce was a little on the thin side, but I served it over brown rice that was a little dry and it really soaked up the sauce. Will make again, thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Milano

Excellent recipe! I pounded out the chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, floured it, and fried it for just a few minutes. Put the chicken and the sauce in the oven for about a half hour and it was moist and delicious! Thanks!!

Tofu Parmigiana

Very Good! I read the other reviews and flour/egg/breadcrumbed and baked in the oven. I made fresh breadcrumbs out of rye bread and it really added to the flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Tasty Tender Pork Tenderloin

I have to give this 5 stars because it was SO good, but I did alter the recipe a bit. My tenderloin came pre-marinated in teriaki, so I wanted to go with that flavor. I used half a bottle of asian salad dressing with a quarter cup of maple syrup for the sauce, and skipped the onions. Came out so tender! Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach Salad with Baked Goat Cheese

This was very good and easy! I did put the breaded cheese in the oven for a few minutes to crisp it a little more. Also put red onions and carrots on the salad. Thanks for the recipe!

Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu

This was excellent! I soaked it in a vegetable broth from a soup the night before, and breaded it with half flour and half onion ring batter mix. We dipped them in a hot and sour sauce and a marinara sauce...made them taste like mozzarella sticks! Thanks for the recipe!

Fresh Veggie Pockets

This was really good and so easy! I had guacamole on hand, so I skipped the spread. I didn't use salt but seasoned the cucumbers with chile lime powder. I prefer to eat the pita like a taco rather than silcing them open and stuffing...I think they hold together better. The sunflower seeds really made the recipe. Thanks!!

These were great and so easy! I used the pork seasoned stuffing mix and rolled them in flour before pan frying. Served with a sour cream sauce over cabbage and egg noodles. Thanks for the recipe!!

Kangaroo Chops

This was really good!! I love the no clean up! I read the other reviews so I cooked the potatoes in the micro for about 6 minutes first. They came out perfect after baking. I also cooked for 50 minutes, but it really was 5 too long. I used a pork tenderloin instead of chops, and added mushrooms. Everything was flavored wonderfully!! Will make again, Thanks!!
