Wow- what a cake! Easy to prep too! I baked in the evening (using mini chocolate chips, which worked wonders), allowed the cake to cool overnight in the bundt pan, and lightly placed a piece of plastic wrap over the top. I believe this helps to lock in the moisture better. The cake came out perfectly in the morning. I also used the Satiny Chocolate Glaze recipe from this site to drizzle over the top (yum). The inside was nice and moist and the edges were a little crispy (as recipe says). I think next time I will bake for less time, as the moist texture is one to be enjoyed. Overall, a very tasty (and chocolaty) cake!
