All I can say is OMG!!! This is the best cake ever if you are looking for a white cake that doesn't taste like a chemical cake!!! I frosted with white chocolate mousse frosting...I have had four LARGE pieces today!!! My family loved it!!! Did not change a thing and we could easily taste the almond...Also made raspberry sorbet to serve on the side...PERFECT....

Chocolate Syrup

Very good..Made as stated...would have given five stars but it is really thin for syrup...had to simmer for an hour to reduce it...will make again but will only one cup of water...great flavor...

Best Brownies

THIS IS THE BEST SAUCE RECIPE I HAVE FOUND!!! Very simple to make...Used it with pulled pork...My family loved it!!! Followed recipe exact and would not change a thing!!!

Focaccia Bread

Wonderful Bread!!! Used half whole wheat flour and fresh garlic. Also let the dough rise for double the time as I wanted a higher bread...The best part of baking the recipe is my home smells just like a bakery, which is to die for!!!

White Layer Cake

Sorry, but this cake was way to heavy for a white cake. I followed the recipe as stated and it came out very dense, almost pound cake like...My five year old granddaughter ate half of a cupcake then licked the frosting off the remainder. I ended up feeding the cupcakes to the fish and ducks...They did like it!!! This recipe might be good if used as a shortcake...Sorry...

Healthy Banana Raisin Nut Muffins

I have been trying for a very long time to make healthy banana muffins without giving up the flavor. This recipe is perfect!!! No one can tell the difference!!! They also freeze well but you would need to make a double batch!!!

Homemade Butter

Thank you for the recipe!!! I needed unsalted butter for a recipe and had started mixing before I realized I was out. I live in a remote area and takes me over an hour to get to a store. After thinking about it for awhile I remember making butter in school, which was over fourty years ago, but couldn't remember the process. Looked on the web and found this one... WORKED JUST AS I REMEMBERED, PERFECT!!! Thank you....

Broccoli-Stuffed Sole

My husband said it was a five. I don't care for baked fish so for me a four, which is good. I used fresh broccoli,steamed slightly. Also used lemon pepper instead of the salt which gave it added flavor. Will make this again.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This is my second time making it and like the first time it came out perfect. The only difference I did was to triple the garlic and add cheese. My guests loved it!!! This is a keeper!!!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Perfect summer treat!!! Everyone raved about the salsa and loved the chips. I followed the recipe except used one less spoon of white sugar. Next time I will make some chips without the sugar mixture as some of my guests are watching their weight and skipped eating the chips with the salsa. Will be making this over and over again!!! Thanks!!!

Harvey Wallbanger Cake

I just finished my first piece of cake. WOW!!! Just like I remembered from years ago. I did search for a Orange Cake mix. If you go to Duncan Hines web site, customer service will locate you the stores in your area that sell it. Well worth the effort!!!
