I am a Grandma that loves to bake but have special baking issues. I live in the mountains at 6200' on a lake. White Almond Wedding Cake
All I can say is OMG!!! This is the best cake ever if you are looking for a white cake that doesn't taste like a chemical cake!!! I frosted with white chocolate mousse frosting...I have had four LARGE pieces today!!! My family loved it!!! Did not change a thing and we could easily taste the almond...Also made raspberry sorbet to serve on the side...PERFECT....

Chocolate Syrup
Very good..Made as stated...would have given five stars but it is really thin for syrup...had to simmer for an hour to reduce it...will make again but will only one cup of water...great flavor...

Best Brownies
Just made...Did not make frosting...Great flavor!!! They did sink in the middle, never had that happen before!!! Still great eating!!!
