I don't have much to add that hasn't already been said. Super easy, delicious, and versatile. I don't use the aluminum foil and I create a different rub each time I make this recipe. I also put the rub under the skin instead of on top.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I have been making this recipe for some time now and my boyfriend and I love it. It can't get much easier. I put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker on low in the morning before I leave for work, and when I come home all I have to do is shred the chicken and dinner is ready. It's delicious and filling. Also really good served with a little sliced avocado on top.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Five stars for flavor- delicious! The sauce was fantastic with rice. The pork chops were a little tough but that is probably something I did. 2 boneless butterfly cut chops at 350 for 25 minutes, then 5 minutes under the broiler. I will definitely make this again.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Yum! This dish is just like the kind that my mom used to make. Didn't have linguine so I put the shrimp on a bed of rice instead. I also added some pea pods just to get some veggies in there. Took the advice of previous reviews and increased the amounts of white wine and butter so I would have enough sauce. I will definitely be making this again!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

The flavor of these isn't what I wanted at all. I think the spices have too much of a bite to them. They are moist, however, and at least my roommates are eating them. I was really excited about making these and was extremely disappointed. They also became moldy after about two days.

Spicy Sweet Potatoes

These were good but mine came out slightly mushy- I think it's because I was in a rush when I was making them and wasn't able to really pay attention to time. Got lots of compliments though- loved the flavor because it was something different than "sweet" sweet potatoes.

Cajun Chicken Sandwiches

Loved this recipe! I did some guesswork as I added the spices and possibly added a bit more than called for but my boyfriend and I devoured our sandwiches. This is a great recipe when you're trying to do something different than the same old grilled chicken. Definitely a keeper!

Chicken and Noodle Casserole

As a college student, I didn't have exactly the right ingredients so mine came out a little bit different. This was definitely easy to make but a little on the bland side. My boyfriend and I kept saying that there was something missing. Instead of using egg noodles I added in rigatone noodles, but as a reviewer said before there were a lot of noodles in this dish...I would definitely use a little less.
