Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

Best waffles! I made with whole wheat pastry flour. I make lot of them and freeze them. It works great, all you have to do is put them in toaster.

Sweet Corn Cake

Roasted Beets with Feta

Merry Christmas Rice

It is something different for holiday. I like it very much. After I boil cranberries, I put everything in crockpot and cook on high for two and half hours. it work very well.

German Chocolate Cake III

Everyone at work raven the cake. Roast coconut and pecan does make different, it is worth of your time. Make sure to make double frosting. It is a best German Chocolate Cake.

Peanut Butter Pie I

For the crust, I had a chocolate graham cracker, 4 Tbsp sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Rest of it is same as recipe. I had pieces of Reese's on top of pie. It is a best Peanut butter pie ever!

Pumpkin Cake III

I used 3/4 cup of apple sauce and 1/2 oil. I also put 2 tsp of pumpkin spice and 1 tsp of cinnamon. It is a awesome cake!
