Sangria by the Pros
I cannot thank you enough for posting this recipe! I have used it many many times over the past couple years since I first found it and never fail to get less than stellar reviews from my guests. The only thing I change is the types of fruit. I always use apples/oranges/lemons/limes, but sometimes vary the others depending on what looks good at the market. The only one that didn't work is dragonfruit. Don't waste the money because it doesn't hold up in the liquid and doesn't add any flavor. Otherwise, go crazy with the fruit. The more the merrier and different colors and textures just make it tastier and prettier!

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Fabulous! I got everything laid out on the counter a couple hours before the guests were supposed to arrive and found mold on my mushrooms - blech! I just chopped up all the other ingredients blended and poured into a baking dish with bread crumbs on top. Baked just long enough to warm it through and brown the crumbs. Served with crackers and my guests loved it!

Chicken and Dumplings II
Great recipe! All I did was triple the water and add more veggies (green beans, yellow & red pepper, broccoli) to up the nutrition factor and it turned out so well! Even my most critical friend loved it and took leftovers home.
