About this Cook
I cook mostly organic, traditional foods due to allergies. We've done the GAPS diet and anyone who knows of it knows that I MUST be dedicated to cooking and health. But really I'm dedicated to the Lord. Also trying to learn to cook to keep our grocery bill down and save money.

Country Green Beans
Didn't use the bacon but love this. Also we used turkey broth... it was much better than just plain water boiled. Not as good as another green bean recipe I have but I'd do it again and again.

Crispy Turnip 'Fries'
maybe i missed something but I made these like shoestring size, looking at the #1 review for this recipe, kept everything the same and they still burned on the tips. Taste may have been better but I didn't use cheese.

Absolute Best Liver and Onions
It tastes just like my mom's and I don't believe she soaked hers at all. I just tasted like liver to me. The onions were GREAT (but they always are when sauteed), I added curry and used sunflower seeds grinded up as a flour since we're grain-free. But otherwise it was just like ok and my DH who says he never had it, never wants it again lol.
