Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

Tried it for the first time this weekend. It was really good! I added an egg yolk and a handful of breadcrumbs, although I'm not really sure I needed to. I love that you can go either way with this recipe. Add maple for sweetness or make it more savory. Thanks for the recipe, I will certainly be making it again!!!

I used the idea for the base and filled them with my husband's grandmother's empanada filling OMG, was it good. I have been making these FOR YEARS stuffed with sausage, egg & cheese. Thank you for opening my eyes to a whole new way to eat them!!

Eggs Benedict

TONS of butter in here but, man is it good! This fast tracked it's way to my husbands favorite breakfast list. Because it is SO bad for us, I only make it occasionally. I love to play with it too, adding spinach and smoked salmon or sliced tomatoes and smoked turkey - great fun!!

Oatmeal Pancakes II

We love these pancakes - I do add a bit more oatmeal than called for to 'thicken' up the pancake and frequently add fruit. My whole family loves them, so I make them frequently.

Garlic Prime Rib

I served this for Christmas dinner, it was my first attempt at Prime Rib and it turned out perfect!! You could taste the garlic all the way through the meat. Thank you so much, we will be using this recipe again!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Awesome, my husband loves this recipe. I use ground turkey and ground ginger but other than that I follow the recipe. We have it frequently just served over a bed of lettuce more like a salad.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Awesome. I used the large portabella mushroom caps and sauted diced baby bellas, onions and garlic to mix in with the crab meat. MMMMMMM. Turned out perfect. I am making it again for the holidays.

Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

I made these for a dinner party and they were fantastic! I sauted some chopped baby bellas with some onion & garlic and served them in large portabella mushrooms caps, and but other than that I stuck to the recipe. My husband was looking for leftovers the next day. I will be making this one again for parties and holidays.

Greek Orzo Salad

Excellent!! I have made it twice in two weeks, once for my own enjoyment and once for a work BBQ - it was an absolute hit. The ingredients are on my shopping list again this week. The only thing I did was sub red pepper for tomatoes and greek olives for black.
