Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY I tripled this recipe for an office holiday party & it was the talk of day :) I did add a can of creamed corn and I could not find the 'mexican' Velveeta so I just used regular and made sure the green chiles I used were 'HOT' in order to give it the extra zip missing from the cheese. I also added a red and orange pepper for color :) MmmmmMmmmmMmmmm

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
SUPERB!!! I made 3 of these for Thanksgiving for each family's house and all loved it!! The first one was GONE almost instantly plus many people taking slices home for leftovers :) I didnt have any coffee liquer and used 2 shots of espresso instead of reg. coffee. I did not make the whipped topping but instead topped it with caramel sauce. Perfectly smooth consistency, very rich but not too much so. Didnt get a crack or anything! Will DEFINITELY be making this again!! YUM!!!!

Super easy!! Great as is or as a 'starter' recipe! I used 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of chicken, only 3 large chicken breasts & 1-1.5 cups of water. DELICIOUS! Used the extra 'soup' as a gravy for homemade mashed potatoes YUM!! :)

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
Very good! I didnt use any onion as I didnt have any but I did dice up a couple garlic cloves (couldve done w/ just 1 instead of 2) and I used 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom to change up the flavor a lil bit. I used the extra 'soup' in the slow cooker as a gravy for mashed potatoes. Excellent!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2008
I have made this recipe SEVERAL times and always received many compliments as well as asking how I make it :) I make it as is and use about 5-8oz of Tapatio hot sauce. After it is finished cooking I shred the meat and let it soak everything up and get some more flavor for at least 20min before serving. I have to beat my husband off with a fork to keep him from eating it right outta the pot, his nose & eyes watering all the while because it is SPICY but oh so yummy!!! :) I usually put the meat w/ beans and cheese to make homemade chimis and the beans even out the spicy-ness really well. DELICIOUS!!

tripled this recipe for a birthday party, modified only to add 1 red bell pepper rather than green. did not add any carrot or pimento. made the 'dressing' the night before and added to chilled macaroni the next day. Perfect consistency and perfect flavor. Definitely a keeper.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
Very good! Very easy..I used hersheys special dark cocoa and it was very chocolately, just perfect. I also doubled the ingredients for the crust as I prefer a slightly thicker crust and I used chocolate graham cracker crumbs. I also doubled the amount of irish cream per most of the reviews. excellent served alongside fresh fruit.
