Breakfast Pie

Yummie this was great, I did have to bake it a little longer I baked it at 352 for 30 minutes and then at 350 the last 30 minutes. I also added 1/4 cup parmesen cheese. It also looked very nice.

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

I made this for my breakfast club everyone loved it and wanted the recipe so I sent them to Allrecipes.com I did add the onion and some bacon which I browned frist then added to the susage also used mushroom with roasted garlic soup. it was all good.

Fresh Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing

This was very good I love the dressing I did raspberry balsmic vinegar because that is what I had. And I used Honey instead of cayenne pepper. Everyone at my breakfast club love it. thanks for sharing

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

Wow what a good recipe, I did do it with slices and spread the cream cheese which I added some sugar and cinn. more like just french toast. I also added some apple pie spice to apples ( I used 3 granny smith apples. Everyone just loved it. It is for sure a keeper, I can't wait to have company again so I can make it. Thanks

Banana Muffins with a Crunch

Very good I only changed the sugar to 1 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Also added some raisins. The banana chips on the top really set them off. I used the large muffins pans and made 12 cook them 28 min.

Mexican Potato Nachos

Great recipe when I had some potatoes I needed to use up. Will be a good one when my grandson comes to spend a few weeks here in the summer. I did add some onion to ground meat.

Tacos in Pasta Shells with veggies

I liked it very much but just for fun I added black beans and corn to meat mixture it was great I also added some taco seasoning and use salsa because I did not have taco sauce left out the chips not needed . I will do again

Breakfast Upside Down Cake

This was very good and looked good with some nice garnish on a platter, I will definately use it again and again. I used ham instead of bacon because that is what I had and I did add some sauted mushrooms, it was yummie .... thanks

Pineapple Zucchini Muffins

These muffins were very good and moist. The only changes I did were use 1/2 cup of applesauce natural in place of so much oil. I did add some walnuts and zest of an orange and a little juice. I will definately make these again.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

This was very good , the only thing was some of crust on bottom was a abit burned so I just scraped it off over all it was very good, this was my practice one next time for company it was that good. I cooked it 20 minutes and was pick in middle but done . very good

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Made this for Thanksgiving and it was the hit of the desserts, came out perfect. I did as the viewer suggested and used half coconut milk and also used cornstarch, I did use the full cup of coconut in pie sprinkles some of bottom of cooked crust and then toasted more for the top. With my Mothers pie crust recipe this is a keeper.

Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

very good , I did only steam cauliflower for 10 min. and added a bit more mayo and some extra cheese I had on hand some colby jack I put half steamed cauliflower in cassarole dish put two slices of american cheese then added rest of cauilflower . I did mix rest of all the ingredients together before putting on cauiflower. Company Good!!! oh one more thing, I sprinkle just a few crushed corn flakes on top and some green onions just to look nice.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

made these last night for dinner, they were very good will do again for sure. I did as someone suggested and added a generous sprinkle of McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning on top of patties. Since it takes some time to mix I made several and froze some for another time. Now when I want to do again I just take from freezer and cook. I did cook in skillet as suggested to 185 temperature.

Shrimp Egg Salad

i liked it but I also addded to give it more zip. I added green pepper , peas ,grainy mustard,abit of horseradish,bacon, and tabassco. I think it was a very good starter recipe and you can add whatever you like. I served this in half of avacado. very good

Rich Italian Sausage and Potato Soup

very good. I added more potatoes i used red small ones and a little basi,,pepper, and since I used sweet italian susage I added some red pepper flakes. Lastly I use 3 cans of chicken broth and no water. I used 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 instead of cream since that is what I had. Hubby loved this.

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

this was very good , I didbrown boboli about 4 minutes then rub with garlic and then brush with the marinate from tomatoes lightly. baked it about 15 minutes till bubbly. use some natural fresh mozzella and some shredded. definately a keeper
