Great recipe, but I had to tweek it A LOT!! I read the reviews and was warned about the saltiness. I cut the soy sauce in half and the Worcestershire by a third. I used 2 packets of brown gravy and one packet of onion gravy when I added the water. I did NOT add any salt and cup the pepper by half. I also added fresh mushroom which was the perfect touch!! I cooked it for 3 hours and, with all the changes, it was WONDERFUL. Great starter recipe, but I can't imagine using it as is.
