This was a nice change from my usual meatloaf recipe. I followed the directions exactly as written. I wouldn't change a thing. Lots of flavor. This will definitely make it into the dinner rotation. Thanks!

Buttery Spritz Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2013
Followed the directions as is, with the exception that I omitted the salt as I was using salted butter. These are delicious and will become my one and only spritz cookie recipe! Family loved them!

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
I followed the recipe exactly and did bake it at 275. I had to add an additional 30 minutes however, until the center was cooked. My family really enjoyed this and I will keep this in my recipe box.

Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
I followed the measurements exactly and had the right amount to make 48 cookies. I had a few spoonfuls of the fudge filling left and gobbled it up before the kids knew there was any left! I did leave off the pecans and added Christmas sprinkles. And after reading about the cookies breaking apart I also decided to use mini paper liners which worked out great! This will definitely stay in my recipe box for special treats and bake sales.

Chocolate Scotcheroos

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
Excellent! I made these for a bake sale which was a huge disappointment to my husband, because I had to keep smacking his hand so he would stay out of them!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
Although I followed the recipe as is, I must have done something wrong, because I was not impressed with the outcome. They were very dry and we ended up throwing some out. This will not make it to my recipe box.

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
My husband and I both loved these!! The kids thought they were too spicy, but that's okay because then there were enough leftovers the next day. I did put the second pan in the feezer and they were just as good. Will absolutely make them again.

Creamy Fruit Salad II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
I read the reviews before making this, so I left out the syrup from the fruit cocktail. The consistency was still a bit runny, but it was just way too rich!! I'm going to throw the whole bowl away because no one in my family liked it. I think that the cream cheese and condensed milk mixture would make a tasty fruit dip, but just over powers for a fruit salad.
