Cream Puffs
Great recipe! I did add all four eggs at once , It did not make a difference in adding them one at a time. After reading other reviews, I did notice some saying the cream was way too thick. To change this, use 1 cup heavy cream and two cups milk. Also, MAKE SURE YOU USE PARCHMENT PAPER ON BAKING SHEET BEFORE PLACING IN THE OVEN, also, when you take the puffs out if the oven, USE A TOOTHPICK AND POKE INTO SIDES OF PUFFS TO LET STEAM, this wil prevent deflation. I did not pipe the filling in, I simply used a small pearing knife and sliced them in half, heaped the cream on and put the top back on. I also drizzled melted milk chocolate over these. Turned out beautiful. Thanks

Buttermilk Syrup
SOOOOOO GOOOD!!! This syrup goes perfect with the "Banana Pancakes l" recipe on this site. I made sure to use a medium to large pot as this does boil up (if you are boiling this on med-high heat, I would make sure to be constantly stirring with a whisk so it doesn't boil over the pot) I cooked it on low for a longer time and it turned out perfect.

Banana Pancakes I
These go perfect with the "buttermilk syrup" recipe on this site. These are very filling, I could only eat two. What I did differently was I added two Tbl of applesauce to the recipe (no substitutions) and 1 tsp vanilla. I also sifted dry ingredients which did make for fluffier pancakes. Love em:)
