I love the simple things in life and love to simplify the complicated things in life. I also love trying to find the answers to life's puzzling questions. My pet peeve is tailgaters, but it's also people who review recipe's, but yet they change the recipe so much, it isn't even the same recipe that they were reviewing. (You know who you are, shame on you!) :0)

My favorites are baked goods, deserts, holiday meals. I really do just enjoy cooking though, so all meals are fun to create.

Carrot Cake III
I totally agree with KAELHA in that a recipe should be rated as is. I was reading through the reviews here and a few people (you know who you are) changed it up so much it hardly seemed like the same recipe. Write your own! With that being said, I have this carrot cake in the oven, just as it was written :) and it smells fantastic! I wanted to get this written while I was thinking about it though, so I'll add a side-note when it gets done as to how it turns out. Side-note: The cake turned out delicious! I have to admit though, after bringing up about people changing up recipe's, I did make one change to this. I used Extra Virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Everything else remained the same, only the oil's name had been changed ;)

Banana Crumb Muffins
I tried these since they were a hit with so many others, and wow, i'm sure glad I did. These were amazing and gone almost as soon as they were out of the oven. Thank you for sharing this tasty treat.

German Baby
I've never tried anything like this before, but the ingredients were what I always keep on hand so I thought I would give them a try and am really glad that I did. These were delicious! They taste like a cross between an omelet and a regular pancake. So easy to make and even without anything on them, they tasted fantastic. This is definetely a keeper. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
