Asian Lettuce Wraps

very good. instead of using ground pork I used pork sausage and omitted the tofu. Also, don't like hoisin so used Costco's teriyaki sauce. Everyone loved it.!

Bacon-y Bok Choy

Great use of Bok Choy. I used regular size. A little too spicy though so next time I will just add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Popcorn Snack Mix

This is a great pantry purger! I was looking for something to use up all the little bits of cereal in several boxes, because I just don't throw anything away, and this was it. Just bake and pour into a bowl and watch as it disappears. Very economical.

It's pretty good! I freeze my own pumpkin which tends to be a little watery so I decreased the water to 1/2. Thanks for sharing!

Pork Chops 'n' Pierogies

I thought this was excellent. Even my picky eaters enjoyed it. I too used pierogies with cheese. It's a new way to serve the same ole pork chops though with a twist my family of 5 enjoyed. Thanks for sharing it.

Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas

This is delicious. My husband loved it and my children did as well. Warning though, they were fighting over who was taking the left overs for lunch the next day. I had to step in the middle of the fray and claim them for myself! Teach them...

Megan's Granola

Wowee Wow Wow! We love granola! It's so expensive these days that we have tried and failed many recipes until now. I didn't have wheat germ or sunflower seeds so I added extra oats and walnuts in their place. I think this recipe is pretty versatile so experiment with different ingredients or with whatever you have on hand. My only note to self was the use of foil or parchment paper. I tried both and prefer the parchment paper. The granola stuck just a little to the foil and it seeded to brown just a little more than I liked. Definetly keep an eye on this stuff the last couple of minutes and if it seems too gooey take it out anyway as it clumps up when it cools into nice chunky granola. This is a keeper, thanks a bunch!!!

Honey Baked Chicken I

I hate to say this but my husband actually thought this was rabbit! The honey was just not enough to distinguish itself leaving my family unsure of what kind of dish this was. It left the skin supper moist and for baked chicken we like crispy skin not thick and floppy. I don't think I would repeat this one unless I increased the honey and the heat to 350 for starters and then we would be talking about a different recipe. Sorry

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

Honey Glazed Ham

My whole family enjoyed this one. I thought the outside was too tough but my husband likes it that way and so I'll probably continue to make it on special occasions. The process also adds alot of flavor and is worth the every 15 minute basting. Thanks

Awesome Steak Marinade

I just have to say this is the best stuff ever. I am going through the bottled steak sauce like crazy just to create this marinade. Excellent on t-bones etc... I'm thinking of trying it on salmon even.
