Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

LOVE IT!!! Easy to make..My boyfriend love it a lot! My co-worker was a Bakery Manager at a 5 Star hotel, She said this is the best Oatmeal Raisin Cookies she had ever tasted! I think she can't wait to bake it this weekend haha...I used all butter, only 1/4cup w.suger. (i don't like too sweet)didn't add cloves, next time I may add more raisins & more cinnamon.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

First time I change 2 pack creamcheese to Low fat creamcheese, and use Low fat sour cream too, cut sugar to 3/4 cup. also add 1tbs lemon juice. 12 servings recipe can fit in 24 muffin pan and 1 x 4.5"cake pan. i bake 350F for 15 mins than turn down to 270F for another 10 mins. My boyfriend and one of my girl friend said this cheesecake so Yummy and sweet enought for them, but I want a little bit sweet so next time i will change the sugar to 1 cup. Tomorrow i will bring some cheesecake to my old office and I know those ABC like sweet thing, so I add some strawberry topping to make this cake perfect for them. 2nd time i bake in one 6" sprintform pan change recipe to 6 servings . i put 1 cup of sugar perfect sweet. i also add 1/2 tbs of lemon juice and bake in 350F for 45 mins. next time i will bake 50 mins i think the cake is a lettle bit uncook in the center. but all my friend still love it, they said the center like ice-cream. taste good.

Cheesecake Supreme

These are the 1st Cheesecake that i made. I love it and my friends love it too. First I didn't know i can change the people of servings, so i follow the original recipe made serving of 12, it's can fit into 1x8" and 2x6" aluminum tray. The cracker i change to Vanilla wafer & only add 1/4 cup of sugar (but next time i will not add any sugar into it because the wafers already sweet enough, I wanna taste the cheesecake more than the base of the cake). Also I listed the other reviewer add only 1 1/4 cup sugar in the cake but i still think it's too sweet for me next time i will add 1 cup only. I did hot water bath. Bake 10min 400F than 3hr 200F. it come out perfect. Ha ha one of my friend already request it for his b'day gift.
