Holly Christmas Cookies

I make these with my daughter every year, and we LOVE them. We do need to use a LOT more food coloring and probably 2 cups more cereal. Dropping the mix into cupcake cups set into cupcake pans keeps everything clean and easy. Also helps retain the shape of the cookie. Enjoy!

Cabbage Roll Casserole

I halfed the ground beef, used a small can of tomato sauce, added a can of rotel. While I was browning the meat, I also threw the rice and beef broth into the rice steamer for a few minutes to avoid crunchy, uncooked rice. Serve with Louisana Hot Sauce - yum! Kids even love it!

Oven Pot Roast

This is an awesome recipe on my regular cooking schedule. All 3 kids and hubby love this. I use a chuck tender roast and substitute beef broth for vermouth, and bake for 4 hours. For the last hour, I add potatoes and carrots.
