Roasted Red Pepper and Crab Soup

This was a really great recipe! Like everyone else I changed a few things. I added some cumin, rosemary, & thyme for spices. We had tons of roma tomatoes from the garden so i peeled and added 5 of those as well. Overall this was a great soup. I'll be making a large batch of this soup and freezing it so I can have it on hand throughout the year.

Amish White Bread

OMG...i didn't know what i was missing till i tried this bread. IT IS WONDERFUL...goodbye store bought bread (sorry Sara Lee, you been good to me, but ya know) and Hello homemade bread. I did reduce the sugar to 1/4 cup and it turned out wonderfully! When my dough was in the loaf pans it didn't rise 1 inch past the pan after 30 min. So i waited 45 min and it still hadn't risen...so i just threw it in the oven and it turned out great.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

This recipe was very goo overall. I didn't like making it in the Bread Machine though...next time i will make it by hand and in the oven...bread just tastes better to me that way. Overall it was a very goo recipe. I found it best to put butter on the bread and toast it up in a cast iron skillet till nice and brown....then dip it in olive oil...yummmm
