Delicious and easy recipe! I followed recipe exactly and I ended up with 5 mini loaves. In case you are wondering how much is one pint of blueberries it's 2.5 cups. Also, I used one large zucchini and that was exactly 2 cups of shredded zucchini.

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Very easy. My Filipino friend said it's not 100% authentic since it's not fried, but he said it was still delicious. I did add 2 bay leaves when cooking (remove before serving).

Easy Chicken Salad

This was very tasty and easy to make. I ended up cooking a large frozen chicken breast in the crock pot for 3 hrs. on high. I just added 1 cup of water, some sliced onions and I seasoned with salt and pepper. Once it was cooked I put the chicken on a cutting board and I used a rolling pin to "shred" (flatten) the chicken. This shreds the chicken for you! It made prepping super easy.

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

These rolls were very tasty. The trick to making the round shapes is to put a little flour on your hands or else the dough will be too sticky to handle.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

I used 2 10 oz frozen corn packs. I melted all ingredients in a saucepan and poured over frozen corn in the slow cooker. I also added 1/2 tbsp of sugar. I cooked on high for 3 hrs. (stirring occasionally). I kept it on WARM till dinner time and it was just perfect.

Jicama Salad with Cilantro and Lime

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This recipe is great. I didn't change anything. I baked it for 60 min. and it was a little crispy on top. I did notice the mixture was very sticky and I was afraid it would not turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for sharing! :)

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

Very tasty and easy to make. I had purchased sliced mushrooms, so it saved on time. I like spicy food, so this was just perfect. If you don't like food to be too spicy, I would add less crushed pepper.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

I made this cake for a Hawaiian theme party. It was a hit. I took the advice from others and made it using the butter cake mix and I also made sure I sprayed the pans with Pam and used butter.

JENNIE-O Turkey Lasagna

This recipe was really easy and quite tasty. I have made it twice. The second time I used extra lean ground beef and Barilla Oven Ready Lasagne. Not having to boil the pasta made this even easier to prepare.
