Whole Grain Healthy Banana Bread

My family is on a mission to eat healthier and this is going to be a breakfast staple, my 3 year old loves this she thinks its a cupcake. Thanks for the recipe, it is perfect as is.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

I loved this recipe changed it a little because didnt have all the ingrients I used masa harina instead of corn meal 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup oil and 1 cup of buttermilk they came out like cake more like corn bread the next day . Thank you , my husband hates cornbread and he loved it!

My family loved this dish I did change a few things I used hunts chunky garden spaghetti sauce, 2 pounds of ground turkey one large eggplant and I used motzerella for the sauce I started with margerine and flour added garlic powder and nutmeng,salt and pepper and skim milk. Thanks for the recipe my husband got scared when he saw the eggplant but he loved it . I gave it four stars because I changed the recipe.

Baked Fish with Shrimp

I think it was a great recipe I did add lemon pepper , old bay, creole seasoning and garlic powder. I also seasoned and cooked the shimp for about 3 min and reserved the juices to poach the fish( I seasoned that too) , for just a few till the outside was white the inside was still clearly raw. I added mushrooms to the sauce, creole season , garlic powder, swiss cheese and lemon pepper . The past reviews were very helpful it was a hit in my home my husband is the only one that wasn't in love with it. I would make it again but maybe try it with salmon.
