Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
These were pretty good. I bought regular quart size jars instead of wide mouth which made it harder to pack each ingredient down firmly until I figured out that the bulb end of my turkey baster was perfect for packing the ingredients down. I've given them as gifts to my grown nieces and nephews this Christmas plus I'm keeping a couple on hand for that last minute gift. They would also be great to store in my pantry, in case I need cookies in a hurry.

Red Skinned Potato Salad
Can I give this one 6 stars? Wonderful!!! I did change a couple of things..used 1/2 miracle whip & 1/2 sour cream, used green onion instead of regular onion and added some shredded cheddar cheese. This is close to the Baked Potato Salad that the gourmet deli sells. Great for family reunions, not the same boring potato salad. Thanks Donna.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
WONDERFUL!!! This was my first attempt at shish kabobs and WOW what a winner. We loved it sooo much I fixed it twice in one week. The marinade is wonderful and the chicken stays sooo juicy. I've never liked chicken on the grill because it gets so dry, but not with this recipe. Even my very finicky 3 year old who doesn't like chicken usually ate this one with no protests.
