Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp
Like what most people reviewed, the brand of Cajun seasoning means a world of difference. I used Walmart's Fifth Seasoning brand and used only half of what was called for and it was still way, way too salty. I tasted the potential in this recipe though so I will try it again with only a third of what was called for.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Didn't have tomato paste but tomato sauce worked beautifully as well. These ribs came out much more moist then I expected. When baking them in the oven, I put them in a shallow baking pan and put the folded side of the foil down. This allowed the pan to catch the juices as well as maximize the steaming effect of the ribs, which probably helped with keeping in very moist.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies III
These absolutely great! I would recommend putting the powdered sugar on after they are baked though rather than before
