Roasted Asparagus with Herbes de Provence

I must be the only person on earth that doesn't care for herbs de provance... I just use lemon pepper and there is never any left. My kids eat it up!

Chicken Casserole Del Sol

I have made a dish like this for years. Instead of crushed corn flakes, I use crushed Cheese its. The kids beg for it. Also after covering the top with cheese its, I put a can of refrigerator biscuits on the top. bake till golden brown..
