This is very tasty. Made it for bunch it was a hit. I left out the peppers because I didn't have any on hand. I chopped broccoli and added that. I also added ham cubes. Definitely will make again.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2012
this is definitely a keeper. I didnt have course dijon as some suggested so i used regular dijon and it was good. next time i may leave out the nuts and the panko only because the bread crumbs didn't crisp like i thought it should and the nut my hubby didnt care for it. but all in all this turned out very good

Almond-Crusted Tilapia

This was very good. I bake mine, which i like better than pan frying them. the crust was very crispy and the fish was moist and juicy. this will definitely be added to my fish recipes

Oven Brown Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
this is surprising delish for a brown rice dish. I am not a brown rice fan at all, but recently i have been trying to incorporate it into my meals. this is by far the best recipe that i have tried by far. I followed the recipe except I halved the butter, finely chopped some celery, onions, omitted the garlic salt and used fresh garlic and green and red peppers. my only complaint is that it takes longer than an hour fifteen its more like 2 hours. this is def a keeper. thanks for getting me to eat brown rice, i feel healthier already, lol.

Sunday Dinner Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
These mashed potatoes were so delicious. I boiled the potatoes in chicken stock. I omitted the onion salt cause I added onion to the stock. I added 3 cloves of roasted garlic before mashing. This is really a keeper, thanks for sharing.

Loved this. I used grey pupons honey dijon musturd and light brown sugar. I was skeptical of the mustard but it tasted great not to tangy. Definately a keeper.

Cajun Wild Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
Good rice dish. If it had a little more kick to it I would be five stars. I didn't add the sausage, only because I made chicken breast stuff with sausage. But next time I'll add the sausage and maybe some cayenne pepper.

This is a great addition to my chicken recipes. It's so easy to make. Hubby loved it. I didn't add as much cajun spice as the recipe called for because my daughterdoesn't like spicy food but next time I will definately add more spice.

Swedish Meatballs

Reviewed: May 14, 2008
Thank you for this recipe, it was just what i was looking for. it is so simple and easy to put together. better than IKEA's swedish meatballs. only suggesting i have is to only add 1 buillion cube or use beef broth or stock to cut the salt content, which I did the second time i made this dish. both times i put the meatballs on a bed of egg noodles. i will definately make this twice a month.

Bubba's Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
This is a very good recipe, easy to make and taste quite good. I will however add more spices because as is, it is quite bland. I used kielbasa, but next time I will use a different sausage. I'm also not a big thyme fan so I only used half of what the recipe called for. I made the rice separately and used only 2 cans of stock, 1 beef and 1 vegetable because that's what I had. I also add a half of chicken buillon cube for extra flavor. next time I will use a whole one. This is a recipe that you can play around with, so all in all this is a keeper.

Easy Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
This was a very easy and simple dish tp put together. Even though I had technical difficulties-my oven stopped working. So I marinaded the meat over night with the applesauce mixtures. I was afraid that the meat would turn out to sweet, but it didn't. I put the meat in the slow-cooker on the low setting for 6 hours. The meat was so tender and juicy. Thank you for this recipe.
