Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Excellent cookies! I doubled it, and baked it in a 6 x 12 inch pan. The results were outragously delicious. I highly reccommend this recipe!!!

Gotta love these brownies! My family gobbled them up in less than 3 hours. It's amazing how rich and moist they turn out. I have even been requested to bake some for upcoming parties. I added about 1/3 (or less) cup of coffee to really bring the chocolate out. I think the brownies are delicious even w/o the frosting, but if you do, make sure the butter is well melted in order to make a nice glaze. Overall, these brownies are fast and easy to make. They taste sooo much better than those boxed brownie mixes! I highly reccomend this recipe.

Yogurt Cake

Excellent cake! It was very moist and had nice texture. I did, however, had to reduce the sugar by 1/2 cup. Also, I used lemon juice (didn't have any extract), and used plain yogurt. It came out wonderful and was a hit with my family (especially the little ones).

Banana Bread VIII

Absolutely delicious!!! I made it and added ½ cup of milk like BRIGAKOSSI suggested. The results were fabulous. I will definitely make it again with some added spices for a kick.
