World's Best Lasagna
This really IS the world's best lasagna!!! I omitted the sausage and fennel seeds (family preference) and used a full lb of hamburger instead. It is so flavorful and it's nice that it stays firm on the plate, rather than running all over the place. This is better than any lasagna I've ever had in a restaurant. Try this, you won't be disappointed. Buon Appetito!

Beer Braised Irish Stew and Colcannon
This recipe is definitely a keeper!!! The flavors all meld together so well and it is a wonderful meal to make for St. Patrick's Day! I did add extra onions and carrots, since I like to have a few more veggies in the stew. I used Guinness for the beer and it was great. The only change I made was for the colcannon. As suggested by other reviewers, I sauteed the cabbage in the bacon fat rather than using the microwave. The flavor was amazing! Thanks so much for the recipe - it got rave reviews last night at our St. Patrick's Day/College Basketball party!

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast
I thought this recipe was perfect exactly as written. My husband loved it and said "it's a keeper!" I don't think the 2 T. of pepper is too much at all. I cooked the roast covered in my dutch oven, flipping it after the first hour and adding potatoes and carrots at the same time. I did add about 1/3 cup of water as recommended here so the roast didn't stick. I defintely will be making this again - thanks!
