Seitan in Peanut Sauce or Vegetarian Gai Tua
I made this with chicken and it was amazing. The sauce is so good, I would make this again for sure.

Beefy Cabbage Stew
This recipe is a good way to use up cabbage. It isn't great, but a good filling weeknight recipe.

Easy Chicken Taco Filling
It wasn't awful, but I needed to add seasonings to make the tacos flavorful. This is an OK base but not a complete recipe.
