Almond-Topped Fish
Both my husband and I really enjoyed this dish. I was a bit skeptical due to some of the negative comments I read, but realizing that everyone's tastes are different, I decided to give it a try and am glad I did. This is a keeper! I cut the sauce recipe in half, as I used only 2 fillets. I was too lazy to toast the almonds (I used slivered rather than sliced), so I sprinkled them onto the fish for the last 2 minutes of baking and they toasted up nicely. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. Can't wait to share it with my co-workers tomorrow!
