I used 2 cups strawberries and tossed with 1/2 cup sugar. Added the strawberries to the Cuisinart and pulsed 2x. Jillian's review stated she used 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup sugar which I also did and also added the baking powder and cinnamon. Another suggestion was adding chocolate. I added about 1/2 cup which I also added to the Cuisinart and pulsed to the consistency I wanted.Baked at 425 for 18 mins. Great way to use strawberries and will make this recipe again.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

Very good. Cooked at 325 for 90 min. Put the pork in a pyrex dish which I sprayed with pam. Pork on a rack, covered with marinade and added some chicken stock to the marinade after the first 30 min. Added more chicken stock when needed. The only thing I changed in the ingredients was added additional sugar. This is a definite make again

Marinated Pork Loin

Very good. I followed naples34102 suggestion and also warmed the marinade. Cooked the pork on the grill for 11 min. Thanks for the recipe! It's a keeper.

Roasted Pork Loin

I followed Elisa G.K. review.I didn't use any of the vegetables - onion, celery, green pepper - or accompanying butter, and it was wonderful. Would make this again but only when I'm visiting in the south because the pork at home is awful.

Chicken Scampi II

I had one chicken breast and recipe was in my email so decided to give it a try. Didn't use the olive oil, just the butter and used Spice Island's The Chef's Shake, some oregano and the parsley. I didn't have lemons so I didn't add the juice. Came out pretty good, will make it again

This is so good! Cut the salt to 1 tsp. Used AP flour because I didn't have bread flour in the house and came out wonderful

Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

I had alot of carrots to use up so I wanted to try this recipe. It was good-next time I would cut the sugar to 3/4 cup. Alittle to sweet for me. Otherwise it's a make again.
