Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
The dough is way to sticky to even roll. Maybe I shouldnt have used large eggs? I cant even think of how to make it better. maybe less shortening?

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I did not have enough butter so I used 1/2 cup butter and a cup of whipped shortning. Sooo good! Nice and crisp on the outside and soft inside. So easy to roll out and cut shapes. I WILL use this again and again. Still good the next day from the fridge!

Shrimp Fried Rice II
I dont like shrimp but the hubby and kids do so I had to find a way to hide the texture for me but not the taste for them. This was perfect! And I jump on a chance to use my wok. Thank you! I also did the eggs on the side of the rice and that worked well. As well as freezing the rice before i added it into the wok. Again yummy!
