I am a volunteer at a bird banding station in N. IL. I took this meal to our Friday evening group for supper. I heard raves that this was the best many had ever had! I will use this recipe from now on when I make corned beef.

I made this for supper this evening. It is excellent! I did not use the pine nuts. I will make this when we have company over. Thanks for the great recipe.

Mushroom Pork Tenderloin

I made this last night. It was excellent! I sprinkled the tenderloin with garlic powder and onion powder. I used 1 chicken bouillon cube in the water for the gravy mixture. Then served it with brown rice and peas. My husband said it's a keeper.

Chicken Marsala

I made this last night. I did not change a thing. My husband said this is really good! I asked him if it was a keeper...meaning should I make it again. He said yes.
