When I cook I am in control...for example I lost 30 pounds since Jan.07 until Sept. 2, 2007. I did not quit eating, I ate what ever I felt like eating. As stated earlier I took control of the cooking and the ingredients and now 30 pounds lighter...this has became my most favorite site.

Very very good..I added carrots and broccoli and used Mr. Yoshidas Traditional Teriyaki from Sams club on a bed of brown rice. Thank You for the recipe.
