Pineapple Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2010
Try adding 2 tablespoons of raw shell less sunflower seeds instead of walnuts, it gives the bread a unique flavor. Don't get me wrong the walnuts are delicious also.

Chile Verde II

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
I like the flavors of this chile verde. The consistency of the chile is to watery, I would like for the sauce to be a bit thicker.

I would definitely make this chocolate cake again. I usually just have couple of bites of chocolate cake, with this one I have the whole slice. YUM!!

Caramel Apple Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
I substituted the salted peanuts for chopped walnuts. I would say this is more of a dessert than salad, everyone had seconds. I loved how its not overly sweet.
