Quick Gnocchi
Very quick and convenient recipe. I hold back about 1/4 cup of flour per batch for dusting my rolling surface. It keeps the gnocchi from getting too floury and dense. What's also great is I can cut up any uncooked leftovers, put them on a parchment paper covered tray spaced so they don't touch, and freeze them for cooking another time. It makes the next time all that much faster. Cooks up beautifully from frozen.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
My neighbor gave me a loaf of excellent gingerbread and when I asked her for the recipe, she pointed me here. Such a tender loaf. I used to think gingerbread loaves were awful, but clearly I hadn't tried a good one until now.

Boston Baked Beans
Excellent. I used some fresh end-of-season pole beans I had left over from the garden that had matured too much to eat in the pod. (No need for soaking fresh beans. I did increase the amount of fresh beans to account for moisture difference between fresh and dried beans.) Like another reviewer, I cooked these in my crockpot for convenience and they turned out excellent. I don't think I'll be buying canned baked beans any more.
