I gave this 5 stars because I did so many alterations that there is no way I know what the original bar would taste like! However, I do prefer a more chunky bar made without flour. I followed the advice of the other reviews and used 2 cups oats, 1/3- 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup wheat germ, 1 tspn cinn., 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup mixture of raisens, cranberrys and walnuts, 3/4 tspn salt, 1/2 cup honey or splenda (used splenda), 1 egg, 1 cup applesauce for the oil (will try banana or peanut butter next time), 1tspn. vanilla ext., 1/4 tspn, allspice. I cooked for 18 min. Can you tell I like to substitite to make it healthier??
