Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
Love this dish, will make this one again and again!! My boyfriend told me he is lucky that I am an excellent cook after dinner. One thing I did different was marinate the mushrooms seperate in a little wine, garlic and greek seasoning before putting them in with the cream and wine.

Kabobs

One of the best recipes Kabob recipes I have ever made! I let everything marinate overnight, only used beef no chicken, and put the mushrooms in an hour or two before I grill. Yummmy!!

Apricot Chicken I

Somthing you wouldn't normaly get in an Asian resturant, good flavor! Suggestions to add would be water chesnuts, or green onion. Serve with rice and snap peas.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

I was going to take this to a pot luck at work but instead I called in sick because it came out so bad. I followed the recipe exactly minus the olives.

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

I made this a few years ago and forgot to save it to my recipe box. I just stumbled across it again and made it tonight. I still love it! Double the sauce if you like to drizzle it over your rice.

Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
Awesome flavor! Double the sauce, you'll want lots. Use thin cuts of beef and they are more likely to come out crispy. You won't regret making this.

WOW! Very good. I cut out the ricotta cheese and used 2 cups of feta, I like cheese. Also I used 6 sheets of phyllo on the bottom and 6 on the top. This was the first vegetarian meal I have ever cooked and it got rave reviews by all!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
WOW!! Great recipe, will make this one again and again. I used two cups mozzerella and one cup sharp cheddar cheese, I think any cheese would be good in this one. And I cut up one large tomato and it gave it some very nice flavor.

Honey Mustard Tofu

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
I bought firm tofu and just drained the water out. No extra steps freezing or pressing it. The outside came out crunchy and the inside was melt in your mouth soft. Next time I will try to buy a honey mustard and add honey as I ended up using almost a half cup of honey to get the flavor just right.

Very good but I prefer this as a caserole. The appetizer was well received at the party but they fell apart easily and were a little messy.

I used garlic and herb feta cheese and it added some great flavor. I also used olive oil instead of butter. I will be making this again but next time I will use less egg and more feta cheese. Overall a great recipe, thanks!

Coconut Curry Tofu

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
Great sauce! I was looking for this sauce after having something similar in a resturant. The vegetables in this recipe didn't apeal to me so I just made the sauce in a separate pan. Then I pan fried the tofu in a little oil until it was golden on all sides. I then removed the tofu and added frozen stir fry veggies. When the veggies were almost done I added the tofu back with the fresh green onion, then poured the sauce over everything and let it warm to boiling before serving over rice. Wonderful!

Chicken Alfredo with Plum Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
This was lick your plate good! I doubled the wine and let the wine simmer with the tomatoes for a few extra minutes. I also browned the chicken with a little garlic. Peas went good with it on the side or mixed in like my boyfriend did. Pasta sauce in a jar never tasted so good.
