Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
I love this recipe! It was the perfect amount of tangy and sweet, just like the name says - I added a half bag of frozen mixed yellow, red and green peppers, half bag of frozen onion, some ginger and some red pepper flakes - SO GOOD! Nice change from the usual slow cooker recipes! I served this over brown rice - this one is going in my recipe book!

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2007
I have been making this recipe for the last 2 years, and I get so many compliments - the only thing different that I do is add about 1/2 - 1 bag chocolate chips to the batter, and omit nuts as I like it better that way! Great quick and easy bread to make for the Holidays!

Beef Noodle Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
I also added corn, green beans and carrots to this mixture, and as I couldn't find beef onion soup, I used beef gravy along with other seasonings to flavor and thicken this. As for the Shepherd's Pie name comment, whenever made with beef, I’ve always heard it referred to as Cowboy Pie. I think that if you were in England, Shepherd would be lamb only, but in US beef is commonly used.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: May 26, 2007
Even though there are already plenty of 5 star ratings, I have to add my own. I also did 1/2 mayo 1/2 sour cream and this came out WONDERFULLY! Best dip I've ever made! Thanks for the recipe!
