Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers
I'd give this 10 stars if I could! The BEST recipe I've come across on and I use this site every week! I converted this to the slow cooker, (sauteed some garlic with the celery and carrots) put the uncooked rice into the sauce and simmered 10 min. before spooning the mixture into the peppers. Even put a small chunk of mozzerella on top. I'm glad I took other reader's suggestion - the filling is only enough for 4 peppers, not 6... My husband is still talking about them. I'll be making this again and again and again! Thanks!

Broccoli Cheese Soup
Wonderful soup! I've never made Broccoli Cheese before but it was great. I bought a mix of Broccoli/Cauliflower and added a small amount of flower/water mixture cause I don't like soup that is real thick. Other than that, I kept everything the same. I think I might try adding rice to the leftovers like one member suggested. Thanks!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup
I made this while my husband was out of town since we don't exactly agree on ingredients for soups and stews (plus he doesn't like soup period!) and I figured what I didn't eat, I would freeze, but I ate all of it!! I used a frozen vegetable mix that had all the required ingredients plus lima beans and etc (it had the celery in it too). It was the best! The only thing I goofed up on was I slow cooked it (which was great) but I put the elbow macaroni in too soon and the noodles were very soggy (my fault), the next time I make it, I might just put rice in instead. Great recipe though!
