Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
WOW! This was good! I substituted the salad dressing and the oil for 1 cup of Mayo. I also didn't have any onions on hand, so I left that out and I didn't have any poppy seeds but used black pepper instead. My hubby couldn't stop eating it and my 11 year old said it was much better than any coleslaw she had ever eaten at any restaurant.

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
Husband LOVED this and is making me make this for his company potluck. I made the following changes: -I also did not line with foil. I used a glass pyrex pan and sprayed with Pam. -My spagehetti package was about 17 ounces so since it was more than double I used a lot more sauce, I used two Classico big jars (each at 32 ounces) so total of 64 ounces of sauce. -I couldn't find a carton of ricotta cheese, so I found a 17 ounce cup of ricotta cheese in the dairy section of Walmart and that was plenty -To make sure it didn't get dry like some of the reviews stated, I layered the bottom of the pan with the sauce, then put the coated noodles in, then added the remaining half of the sause, then sprinkled some more parmesan cheese (we like cheese), then put the ricotta cheese layer, then the remaining sause, then the mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese

This is good with all the changes made. After reading reviews I changed the following: -cooked the chicken in skillet adding little garlic salt and pepper for flavoring -Use 2 cans of soup, one cream of chicken and one cheese soup -Use 4 slices of bread and butter both sides before cubing -Add 1-2 cups of broccoli (cooked or frozen not raw) -Increase cheese to 3 cups with 1/2 in the mixture and other half on top of the bread cubes.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
After reading the reviews I changed the following: - Used 2 lbs of ground beef - Used 3/4 of the cream cheese (so 6 ounces) - While browning the ground beef, added garlic salt, pepper and chopped onions (I have dried chopped onions) - After the beef was drained, I added ALL the ingredients (except the sour cream) to the beef and mixed well, then mixed that with the noodles. - I let everybody put their own sour cream on their own portion This was a hit! My husband loved it and ate some more later into the night.

Best Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2007
Very good, I did have to use 3 cups of chicken broth and had to cook for about 10 minutes more as the rice was still hard. I also used the Pace salsa, medium.
