Jalapeno Steak

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2007
absolutely yummy...i marinated the steak for 2 days...i didn't even blend the ingredients in a blender, i just chopped the jalopenos well and added the steak with them and the garlic and lime in an oversized ziplock. delish:)

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2007
yummy...i do think next time i will skip the lettuce though. i did add guacamole and used diced black olives on the top. i ended up putting it in a trifle bowl like the picture shows-it was a pretty presentation, but i think next time i will put it on a large platter for easier scooping:) rave reviews by everyone that tried it.

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2007
absolutely wonderful...very tasty, and easy to do. i didn't add chives, because i didn't have any on hand... the blue cheese/butter as a topping with the spices-great combination. will definitely make again:)

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2007
YUM...the first time i made this i made the mistake of using diced tomatoes and i didn't drain-it got a tad bit runny, but still tasted wonderful:) the second time..i used regular italian tomatoes...added extra garlic and used fettichine noodles instead... shelley

Pistachio Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2007
i ended up using regular sized chicken breasts...i think that this recipe would be better on tenders. okay recipe overall. it has a unique look to the breading, which can lead to a nice presentation. both of my kids ate it:)

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2007
i thought that this recipe was just okay...i marinated my chicken longer than what the recipe said to...i doubled the honey like others recommended, the mean turned out tender, just not as flavorful as i thought it would.

Orange Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2007
i did not care for this much...i cubed the pork and floured it...doubled the sauce, it just didn't do much for me, instead i thought it had an odd flavor.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2007
i was not impressed by this recipe in the least. i followed it precisely and i'd much prefer a recipe in which the steak is marinated.
